We are offering 2 - 4 dedicated desks in a shared office on the ground floor of a vibrant commercial building in the middle of Collingwood. Accessible via an elevated north-facing podium overlooking the street, you'll be working in a generous bright space with lots of natural light, greenery, natural ventilation, and the opportunity to work outside on the terrace for fresh air. There is a separate meeting room and a kitchenette with a lunch area as well as a store and utilities. We are a small architectural firm, fostering a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and flexible work arrangements. Our desks and workstations are movable and can easily be reconfigured to suit evolving business needs. The office is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, ethernet, printing, scanning, and photocopying facilities up to A0 size. The building also offers end-of-trip facilities and underground parking. There is a busy cafe next door. Smith St shops, cafes, and public transport are all within walking distance. Office hours for us are from 9 am to 5:30 pm, but access is available 24/7.
