Blackwell House is located in an elegant, highly characterful late Victorian and early Edwardian building situated on the corner of Guildhall Yard off Gresham Street. Offices and suites for 3-10 people are available on six floors accessible by stairs and lift. Most rooms enjoy views over Guildhall Yard and the centre benefits from a distinctive boardroom seating up to 12 people as well as two smaller meeting rooms.

Based within the historic Guildhall Yard Blackwell House still holds many original feature, one being the oldest working lift in the City of London. Based just off Cheapside there are many transport links available, there are also good places to eat and shop.Being within Guildhall Yard we are lucky to have many events on in the summer time like the annual beer festival and annual pancake race that we can all enjoy. There is also an art gallery within the yard you can visit on your lunch break.
