All units come unfurnished and prices include: Business rates Telephone and Internet Service charge Heating and Electricity Reception and Concierge Services Maintenance Services – Handyman onsite Rubbish Removal Unit cleaning (once a week) Window cleaning (once a month). Any additional costs will be for any Ad hoc request services such as outgoing calls, conference rooms, printing, photocopier and postal services, which you may use.
