Burton House holds a historic position on Market Place at the hub of the town centre and set within Colne’s conservation area. Less than a mile from both the train station and the motorway network Burton House is the perfect location to connect with the rest of the North West. The art deco building was owned by the Burton Brother’s and opened in 1938 and now named Burton House, in homage to the buildings heritage, the 4056 sq ft office building opened at the end of April offering 14 high spec office suites over two floors.
