Lower Richmond Properties Ltd was established over 10 years ago as a property development and management company. We are a family-run company based in one of our own buildings, Diamond House in Richmond, with a core team of 30+ full-time staff allowing us a close 'hands-on' role, looking after our properties and tenants. As well as employing external contractors and service suppliers, we also have an in-house team of maintenance staff who are able to look after our buildings without incurring unnecessary overheads. This proximity to our properties enables us to co-operate and work closely with and for the benefit of our tenants, anticipating and dealing promptly with any issues that may arise. We are always on the lookout for new opportunities to acquire, develop and add value to all types of real estate, throughout the UK. We are members of the Hounslow Chamber of Commerce, through which we seek to promote and assist with the development and growth of small and start-up businesses. We currently own and manage a large portfolio comprising some 350,000 sq ft of stand-alone and mixed-use properties including serviced and conventional offices, retail units, leisure and industrial properties located primarily around London and the Home Counties but with others located on the south coast, south east England, and the West Country. Tenants include the NHS, Dixons / Currys Group, Barclays Bank, DEFRA, and Towergate Insurance, to name but a few. We recognise that in difficult economic conditions, value for money is a prime consideration for businesses and individuals. As a landlord we also recognise the importance of retaining tenants and maintaining a healthy income stream. For our office tenants LRP specialises in offering flexible, serviced office space at highly-competitive prices, with a focus on high-quality packages including telecoms solutions.
