Mantle is a commercial developer and investor based close to Stansted and operating in a target area of London, the South East and Eastern England. The company was set up in the early 1990s by Guy Baker, initially to focus on development opportunities arising from the growth of Stansted Airport. The group has since the mid-1990s operated in the broader East and South East of England area. Mantle's portfolio has been built up over the last twenty years and consists of office and industrial investments in Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Many of the assets were developed from scratch by Mantle. Mantle Business Centres owns and operates a successful group of high quality business centres in the region.
