Petchey Holdings PLC is a privately owned property company founded by Sir Jack Petchey CBE. Petchey Holdings is part of the Petchey Group of companies which has evolved over the past five decades, mainly due to the farsightedness, entrepreneurial flair and positive thinking of it's founder Jack Petchey, with historic interests including football clubs, shared ownership,hotels, petrol filling stations, pubs, car showrooms and significant shareholdings within major UK property PLC's. We currently manage an existing commercial portfolio worth in excess of £500m which includes industrial, retail and mixed use assets and a large Central London Residential portfolio predominantly within prime London locations around Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster. Whilst Petchey is predominantly an investment vehicle, it also has a number of joint venture development projects working with a range of JV partners including developers, architects and other professionals to deliver anything from a luxury residential apartment, multiple housing and apartment developments and mixed use schemes. Petchey Holdings Plc is currently focused on the expansion of it's industrial portfolio purchasing investments within London and the South East with recent acquisitions in London, Surrey, Essex, Kent and Sussex. Sir Jack Petchey CBE is also the patron of the Jack Petchey Foundation, a seperate registered charity, which donates over £7m a year to good causes for young people throughout London and Essex.
